If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from dryherbvap, return it within 30 days of the order date for a refund.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
All returns must be from the original purchaser and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers must provide contact to the original purchaser, such as an order number or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Dryherbvap will only refund the cost of the returned merchandise. We will not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes paid.
Refunds will be made once Dryherbvap has received and processed the return.
Warranty Claims
If you have any issues with an item you purchased from dryherbvap.com, please contact customer support immediately so we can help you resolve the issue. Customers may be asked to send photos and/or videos and may be asked to ship the product back.
It is important to note that nothing lasts forever or can handle all abuse. The following conditions apply regardless of when you purchased it.
Sorry, we do not accept returns for the following:

Products damaged by misuse, neglect, improper care

Products subject to severe abuse or unusual wear

Products lost or damaged by acts of God, fire, accident, drop, or personal misplacement

Products missing parts or components, or from brands we do not carry

Products sold in multiples (e.g. 3-packs) but returned individually

Products soiled or stained beyond reasonable expectation

Repeated violations of our return policy

Minor imperfections in coloring on any colored device

All items and clearance sales are final

Depending on current inventory availability, we may need to replace your item with a comparable product.

Warranty excludes limited edition products, giveaways, second-hand purchases, and custom items.
