Shipping Policy
Shipping Time Frame
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours of payment being received. Our warehouse hours are 9-4CST, Monday through Friday. The exception is national holidays, when the warehouse is closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are minimized.
International Shipping Times
Generally, international shipping orders are shipped in up to 21 days or less. These items may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. We offer 7-21 day shipping with CNE post. In some countries, CNE international shipping may take longer than 21 days.
Modifying Orders
We are unable to modify orders once they have been processed. If you need to modify your order and have not received a tracking number, please contact Customer Service via the contact form.
We do not accept any requests to replace or add any additional items in the order notes section.
Missing Items from Orders
If an item is missing from your order, please contact Customer Support immediately. Please have your packing slip and the items you received ready as we may request photographic evidence to assist you.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If you have not received your shipment within your selected shipping time, or if your shipment shows as delivered but you have not received it within 48 hours of receiving shipping confirmation, please contact Customer Service

Shipping Carriers
International shipments are typically shipped via CNE ,DHL or USPS.
We are not responsible for any shipping issues that may occur for any orders shipped via a freight forwarding service. No refunds will be issued.
DHL International Shipments: You must prepay duties and taxes at checkout.
USPS International Shipments: While this shipping option is a good value, this option does not include prepaid duties or taxes. Duties and taxes will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. In addition, you can expect longer shipping times (e.g. 7-21 days). We strongly recommend that customers purchase package protection to protect against any risk of loss or damage.
International orders that are refused by the customer at customs will only be refunded if the product is returned in its original condition. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
